Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any service offered by TyrantNetworks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use our services.

This Agreement applies to all services offered by TyrantNetworks including: WireGuard VPN services (shared and dedicated), automation bot services, game server hosting, cybersecurity consulting, web development, and managed infrastructure services.

Services Offered

2.1 VPN Services — Shared Plans

TyrantNetworks offers shared WireGuard VPN plans: Basic ($6/mo), Pro ($12/mo), and Family/Team ($25/mo), across Canada, Texas, Oregon, and Singapore.

• Services billed monthly via Stripe on the date of purchase.
• VPN configuration files delivered via email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
• Shared plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months or unused time once the config file has been delivered.

2.2 Dedicated VPN Service

The Dedicated VPN tier provides a fully dedicated server provisioned exclusively for the Client on an annual contract basis.

• Requires a signed annual contract and full upfront payment prior to provisioning.
• Client acknowledges TyrantNetworks incurs immediate, non-recoverable hardware costs upon provisioning.
• Features: dedicated WireGuard server, custom port configuration, higher bandwidth, priority support, full server exclusivity.
• 99.5% monthly uptime guaranteed. Extended downtime over 72 consecutive hours due to our fault entitles Client to a prorated service credit (not a refund) applied to contract renewal.
• Contract renewal terms provided 60 days before expiration.

2.3 Automation Bot Services

Custom automation bots for Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Plans: Bot Starter ($50/mo), Bot Pro ($100/mo), Bot Business ($199/mo), Bot Enterprise ($349/mo).

• Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Custom development requires written approval of feature requirements before work begins.
• No refunds once development has commenced or a bot has been deployed and hosted.
• Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• TyrantNetworks is not responsible for platform policy changes by Discord, Telegram, or Meta.
• Cancelled bot services remain active until end of billing period. No prorated refunds.

2.4 Game Server Hosting

Managed game server hosting for Minecraft, DayZ, Rust, ARK, Valheim, and other titles. Plans: Starter ($89/mo), Pro ($149/mo), and custom configurations.

• One-time setup fee of $149 applies to all plans and is non-refundable.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
• TyrantNetworks is not responsible for game updates, mod conflicts, or third-party plugin failures.
• 99.9% hardware uptime SLA included. Downtime from game updates or client changes excluded from SLA.

2.5 Cybersecurity Consulting & Managed Infrastructure

Includes Azure Sentinel setup, web development, email configuration, and managed infrastructure services.

• All services scoped and quoted individually with a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Final deliverables provided upon receipt of full payment.

Payment & Billing

All payments processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize TyrantNetworks to charge applicable fees on the agreed billing schedule.

• Prices in USD. Subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension. A 3-day grace period is provided before permanent termination.
• Account reinstatement may incur a reactivation fee of up to $25.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support will result in immediate permanent account termination and may result in legal action.
• Annual contract fees due in full upfront. No payment plans unless separately negotiated in writing.

Refund Policy

• Shared VPN Plans: No refunds after config file delivery. If not delivered within 48 hours, a full refund may be requested.
• Dedicated VPN: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS after provisioning under any circumstances.
• Automation Bots: No refunds once development has commenced or bot has been deployed.
• Game Servers: No refunds on setup fees. No refunds on monthly fees once provisioned.
• Consulting/Development: Deposits non-refundable. Final payment due upon project completion.

Acceptable Use Policy

All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using VPN services for illegal activities including hacking, phishing, fraud, DDoS attacks, or accessing illegal content.
• Using bot services to send spam, harass users, scrape data without permission, or violate platform terms.
• Using game servers to host cheating tools or violate game publisher terms.
• Reselling or sharing VPN configuration files with unauthorized parties.
• Attempting to access, probe, or exploit TyrantNetworks infrastructure.
• Using services in a manner that disrupts other customers or degrades server performance.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Zero-Log VPN Policy

TyrantNetworks maintains a strict zero-log policy for all VPN services. We do not collect, store, or share:

• VPN session activity logs or browsing history
• DNS queries or connection timestamps
• Session durations or IP addresses of connected clients

TyrantNetworks collects basic account information (name, email, payment info) necessary to provide services. This information is never sold to third parties. Because we maintain no activity logs, we have no traffic data to provide in response to legal orders.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

7.1 Shared VPN Plans

99.5% monthly uptime targeted. Planned maintenance communicated 24 hours in advance. Unplanned outages communicated via status.tyrantnetworks.com.

7.2 Dedicated VPN

99.5% monthly uptime guaranteed. Verified downtime exceeding this threshold entitles the Client to a prorated service credit applied to contract renewal. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches — no cash refunds under any circumstances.

7.3 Game Servers

99.9% monthly hardware uptime targeted. Downtime from game updates, plugin conflicts, or client changes excluded from SLA calculations.

Dedicated VPN Contract Terms

• One (1) year non-cancellable service agreement.
• Full annual fee due and payable upfront at contract signing.
• Contract CANNOT be cancelled, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances once provisioned.
• Server provisioned within 72 hours of receipt of full payment and signed contract.
• Port configuration changes: up to 4 per year at no cost. Additional changes may incur a $25 fee.
• Any chargeback is a material breach of contract. TyrantNetworks reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full remaining contract value plus legal fees.
• Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved through binding AAA arbitration in Texas.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TYRANTNETWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

TyrantNetworks total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TyrantNetworks from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of services in violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
• Any content you transmit through our services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated in bad faith.

Termination

TyrantNetworks may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice for violation of this Agreement, non-payment, chargebacks, or any activity posing risk to our infrastructure.

Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued. For Dedicated VPN contracts, termination for cause does not release the Client from financial obligation for the remaining contract term.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Texas. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR OUR SERVICES.

Modifications to This Agreement

TyrantNetworks may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between you and TyrantNetworks.
• Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign rights without prior written consent. TyrantNetworks may assign without restriction.
• Force Majeure: TyrantNetworks is not liable for delays from causes beyond our reasonable control.
